Design of a cafe in HSE Lyceum building on Bolshoy Kharitonyevsky Pereulok
The 6th international exhibition ‘Build School 2022’ has taken place in Moscow. It is a unique event dedicated to various aspects of design and equipment for educational spaces. The exhibition’s main theme—‘an inclusive educational space’—brought together the business programme and the Build School Project competition. The competition winners included a joint team of the HSE Design Lab and the HSE Lyceum, as well as HSE Art and Design School student Ksenia Nuzhdina.
The team of the HSE Design Lab and the HSE Lyceum presented their joint concept of the lyceum building on Bolshoy Kharitonyevsky Pereulok, demonstrating a contemporary approach to the design of the educational environment and an understanding of its main functions.
The collaboration of the HSE Design Lab and the HSE Lyceum managed to solve several important tasks at once: considering the features of post-pandemic and media education, creating a comfortable environment for self-study and informal communication between teachers and students, and increasing the recognition of the HSE Lyceum with the help of modern design solutions.

The joint project of the HSE Design Lab and the HSE Lyceum was highly rated by the jury of the Build School Project competition and received a certificate from the Union of Architects of Russia ‘For an Attentive Conceptual Approach to Creating an Educational Space
‘The creation of educational environments today should be based on mutual respect for children and adults, academic independence and responsible choice. The project of the building on Bolshoy Kharitonyevsky Pereulok fully corresponds to this concept,’ says Dmitry Fishbein, Director of the HSE Lyceum.
‘This project is another joint work of the HSE Design Lab and the HSE Lyceum,’ says Natalia Logutova, Head of the Lab. ‘In 2018, we jointly developed the concept of the HSE Lyceum building on Solyanka and implemented it the same year. The experience of operating the building on Solyanka helped us in our work on the new building project: we listened to the Lyceum’s wishes for the development of the space based on the situation during the pandemic period, thought about the practices of remote and mixed learning, and, of course, took into account the architectural features of the building on Bolshoy Kharitonyevsky Pereulok

In addition to the HSE Design Lab, which works as an internal design bureau of HSE University and implements projects both for the university and for the external market, a student of the HSE Art and Design School was among the winners of the competition. Ksenia Nuzhdina, graduate of the master’s programme ‘Environment Design’ in 2022, received a first-class certificate in the special category ‘Best Student Project’ for the design concept of the ‘Belomorochka’ kindergarten.
‘Ksyusha was careful in choosing a topic for her future thesis. It was important for her to link it with helping people, with the social sphere,’ says Yulia Sheremetova, Ksenia’s thesis supervisor. ‘Since she proved to be a very talented and hardworking student, Natalia Logutova and I contacted the potential customer of the project—Lyudmila Marder, head of an inclusive kindergarten in Severodvinsk. Design of the ‘Belomorochka’ kindergarten
‘Designing a kindergarten in Russia is a difficult task. You are limited by many strict rules,’ says Yulia Sheremetova. ‘However, Ksenia stuck to all the regulations and at the same time came up with many bright and interesting solutions focused primarily on the children’s comfort while at the kindergarten; she also created a friendly style for inclusive spaces
The HSE Art and Design School adopts a project-based learning approach. This means that each training module, students create completed projects supervised by the curator of their group. This educational system allows students to work with briefs and opens up opportunities for them to implement their projects—each design concept created as part of educational activity can be offered to a real customer.

This year’s Big Animation Festival featured a number of films by HSE Art and Design School students and curators. Out of 1,501 applications received from 89 countries, the Festival jury selected 95 films to participate in the Russian competition and 90 for the foreign one. Twelve works by students of the Bachelor’s Programme ‘Animation and Illustration’, as well as six animated films by curators of HSE University Art and Design School made it into the competition. What Our Present Looks Like in the Future
In December, ‘A Delicate Fractal’ exhibition by Protey Temen, co-founder of the HSE Art and Design School opened in HSE ART GALLERY. The objects, graphics, video and multimedia installation presented here are part of a larger project ‘The Inner School of Open Studies’, in which the artist studies the subtle connections and intersections between science, random moments and the poetry of everyday life. The exhibition is open until February 6th, 2022.

HSE Art and Design School Alumnae Win Russian Post Design Competition
Alena Akmatova and Svetlana Ilyushina, graduates of the HSE Art and Design School Master’s programme (2017), won the open Russian Post competition, which was held jointly with the Novgorod regional government and the Novgorod State Museum-Reserve in the autumn of 2020. Participants had to design a series of limited edition postcards and packaging dedicated to the cultural and historical heritage of the region

Стандартное расписание работы почтового отделения выглядит следующим образом:- понедельник – пятница: с 8. 00 до 20. 00;- суббота: с 9. 00 до 18. 00;- воскресенье – выходной.
При этом важно понимать, что стандарт может быть подвергнут корректировке в зависимости от величины населенного пункта. В небольших городах или районах время работы сокращают (на 1-2 часа с утра и на 3-4 часа вечером), а в мегаполисах, напротив, увеличивают за счет продления вечернего режима до 22.

Each installation is the culmination of a whole year of work by the artists, who reflect on different themes, explore, criticise, and construct a specific language of communication.
Когда отделения почты России не работают
С 1 января 2021 года, согласно регламенту организации, в праздничные дни все ее отделения почты России закрыты на выходные. В этот период невозможно ни получить, ни отправить корреспонденцию или осуществить ее выемку из почтовых ящиков. Накануне праздников устанавливается режим с укороченным графиком: время приема посетителей сокращается на 1 час.
Исключение составляют только 4 точки по всей стране. Из них 3 расположены в Москве, а одна – в Санкт Петербурге. Эти представительства доступны для клиентов ежедневно и круглосуточно без перерывов на обед. Такой важный сегмент работы организации, как доставка пенсий и пособий населению, рассматривается индивидуально в каждом регионе и согласуется с каждым отделением Пенсионного фонда РФ. В связи с этим в отдельных сельских офисах компании может быть установлен особый режим обслуживания населения.

The HSE Art and Design School in St Petersburg is launching the Summer School of Design, a new urban educational project for those interested in design and visual art. The school, which is organised with support from the government of St Petersburg, will be held online on July 4–10 and will offer first-level courses in seven design disciplines.

The Misadventures of Soviet Furniture
In the late 1950s, Soviet designers created something unprecedented in the Soviet Union — lightweight, modular furniture for the entire apartment. However, their progressive take on interior design clashed with reality. The system trumped common sense, with the result that the best entries in the first national competition for furniture designers remained little more than good intentions. HSE University Art and Design School instructor Artyom Dezhurko studied the history of the competition.
Где проверить время работы своего отделения Почты России
Чтобы проверить расписание работы почтовой точки, обслуживающей ваш дом, нужно воспользоваться следующим алгоритмом действий:
2) Открыть вкладку “Отделения”. 3) В появившейся строке поиска набрать свой точный адрес (индекс, город, улицу, номер дома). 4) Нажать на значок поиска.
В появившемся окне будут указаны координаты почты, телефон, часы работы в данный день, а справа – схема с планом, как добраться. Если кликнуть на информацию о рабочем времени, то появится график работы этой точки на всю неделю.
График работы “Почты России” в пятницу и субботу
По пятницам офисы компании сохраняют стандартное расписание. Исключение составляют предпраздничные дни. Время обслуживания граждан сокращается на 1 час. Если праздничный день выпадает на пятницу, то он объявляется выходным. Суббота – сокращенный день.
Чаще всего отделения начинают работу в 9. 00 (некоторые могут открываться в 8. 00), а завершают обслуживать посетителей в 18. 00 (в отдельных случаях в 16. 00 или 17. 00).

На вашем сайте не верно указан график работы. Это сельское отделение, а не городское. Работает с 9 до 17, в субботу до 16. Воскресенье и понедельник выходной
приняли почтовое экспресс отправление заранее зная что не смогут отправить-сдавала в субботу в12ч а отправили во вторник так как оказывается клиент должен знать когда отправляют из отделения и их выходные дни хотя на сайте выходной только воскресенье
30 сентября 2022г. в почтовом отделении по адресу г. Пермь,ул. Норильская,д7 хотела отправить простой почтовый перевод в Казахстан. Девушка долго набирала данные по паспорту произошли ошибки и в написании адресв получателя. При проверке на бумажном носителе я указала на данные ошибки. Исправить в программе она их не смогла. Посоветовала отправить с Главапочтамта. Прошу Вас Администрация обратить на подготовку Вашего персонала по работе с программами и с клиентами.
Не сообщают вовремя о доставке посылки, плохой отзыв о работниках почты
Добрый день! Почему изменился график работы почты?
Самая отвратительная почта на всем белом свете. Сотрудникам на людей категорически наплевать. Самостоятельно устанавливают график работы по принципу – когда захотим тогда будем работать. Почему-то работа с проездными билетами у них только до 17. По какому закону такие ограничения не понятно. Работает с проездными только один человек, эта дама на рабочем месте, в рабочее время, но ты пришёл после 17 и обслуживать она не будет. Вообще-то право на льготный проездной пенсионерам и ветеранам – это конституционное право человека и никто не вправе его ограничивать. Почему Бугровская почта живёт по своим законам, которые сама же и устанавливает, а затем произвольно меняет – непонятно. Это при всём том, что там хронические очереди, а ковидное время ещё не прошло, а гриппозное уже началось. Могут сделать себе рабочий день до 16, 00 или начинать с 10. как может попасть на эту почту работающий в городе человек – не понятно.
Просто ужас. Подписку газет не приносят зачем тогда выписываем, если газеты у них просто валяются. И если не придти в почтовое отделение за газетами их просто выбросят.
